What We Are
Access Work Service (AWS) provides employment services for people who qualify for our program. We are an employment/temporary work service that matches employee strengths with employer needs. AWS works with a diverse group of clients that represents a range of compensating strengths and abilities.
Our Background
AWS was founded by Links to Health, an established, integrated service provider. Based in Bancroft, Ontario, the company specializes in health issues and practices related to employment. With the backing of the Ontario Disability Support Program, Employment Supports (Ministry of Community and Social Services), AWS operates in Barry’s Bay and Renfrew, serving the towns and surrounding communities.
